Second City, the live sketch precursor to the hilarious SCTV, will be celebrating their 50th anniversary in Chicago on December 12th and 13th. A full schedule of events can be found HERE but the real highlight is sure to be this:
LIVE PERFORMANCE: “The Second City Alumni: One Night Only” – Presented in both our Mainstage and e.t.c. Theatres, the revues will feature alumni from every generation performing classic scenes from The Second City archives. By the way, I had a chance to see new Michael Cera film Youth in Revolt and as usual, Fred Willard steals every scene that he appears in.
