I heard this rumor a few weeks ago from a friend, but visiting the newly updated Strange Famous website has confirmed it. Sage Francis has signed Minneapolis emcee/producer Cecil Otter to his label.

“SFR has agreed to re-release Rebel Yellow, get it proper distribution, while working toward the release of Cecil’s follow up album, Porcelain Revolver.”
