Battle Royale Soundtrack on iTunes

The fantastic soundtrack to the modern classic Battle Royale will finally be available on iTunes as of July 22. Why this is first popping up eight years after the film’s initial release in Japan is a bit confusing, but I won’t complain - it’s one of my favorite film soundtracks of the last few years (you can listen to quite a few tracks via YouTube searching).
According to NipponCinema, composer Masamichi Amano completed the project in a single week, recording with a 120-musician symphony over the course of the two final days in which he continued composing during their breaks. Now that’s hardcore.
