I’m a bit torn on this album. On the one hand, it’s quite a disappointment, considering last year’s Street Horrrsing. But then, that album is one of the best of the decade, so it’d be unfair to judge solely against that. On Tarot Sport, the Fuck Buttons drop their more experimental tendencies and aim for more of an easy-listening experience, but it’s still nicely layered and enjoyable.
